The Lignite River on Haida Gwaii is a remote, slow moving system that meets the ocean in Naden Harbour. Due to its remoteness, only a handfull of lucky people will get to visit this stunning ecological area. Bears, bald eagles, cuthroat trout, and wild salmon all call this estuary home. Did you notice the fly-fisherman walking through the grass?
